Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and managerial roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports VG’s business goals and objectives, and delivers on client expectations and business needs.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with business leaders, VG Corporate IT, and other stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage technology budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Implement robust security protocols and practices to protect the organization’s technology environment from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure and supervise the secure and effective operation, and physical tracking of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software.
- Oversee all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance, and governance of the organization’s policies and procedures.
- Oversee IT daily operations (Service Desk, Assets, Inventory, New hires, endpoints, etc.)
- Oversee design, estimation, and execution of project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Implement a robust business continuity strategy and ensure systems can meet capacity requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), including availability, return to operations, and recovery point objectives.
- Ensure clear communications with cross-functional team leaders, executive management, and third-party providers.
