Requirements

  • 5+ years of facilities management experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to scale workplace strategies in a high-growth setting.
  • Experience with office design, build-outs, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and sustainability best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations across headquarters, regional offices, and co-working spaces.
  • Negotiate leases and vendor contracts to optimize costs and terms.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for the San Francisco office.
  • Oversee office transitions, including openings, expansions, and closures.
  • Maintain an asset management system for office equipment and furniture.
  • Develop and enforce workplace policies ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR to plan and execute company programs, events and meetings held at office locations, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and optimizing resources.
  • Implement technological and innovative workplace solutions to enhance operations and employee experience.
