Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy or analytics roles preferably with a focus on monetization or product strategy.
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to communicate complex concepts with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum.
- Ability to work independently; must thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and an eye toward using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
- Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and successfully driving cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases to inform commerce strategies, including exploring new monetization models, pricing strategies, and plan features.
- Provide frameworks to evaluate business performance, guide strategic direction, and ensure aligned decision-making.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and size new growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and assess the financial impact of strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
- Create memos and presentation materials to effectively communicate strategies and influence stakeholders.
