Requirements

  • You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial planning, performance management, and reporting in a public company setting
  • You are experienced in global financial consolidation and IFRS reporting
  • You are adept at working with complex financial models and large data sets to drive decision-making
  • You are proficient in financial systems and tools, with a strong ability to automate and streamline processes
  • You are collaborative leader who can influence and build relationships across diverse teams
  • You are detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
  • You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance, preferably in a public company environment
  • You have strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • You are experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and financial consolidation software
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • You demonstrate the ability to lead projects and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Owning process management for the corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Overseeing preparation of global financial consolidated reporting packages for both corporate and region/channel reporting
  • Developing and maintain key financial performance metrics and dashboards to provide business insights
  • Overseeing and coordinating the corporate financial calendar
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Business Units
  • Driving automation and optimization of financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Supporting investor relations and external stakeholder communication by providing financial analysis and insights
