Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years business experience with progressive responsibilities owning initiatives and driving strategy at the Manager band
  • Knowledge and experience testing and deploying restaurant and customer facing solutions within market
  • Held previous roles in market field operations
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs
  • Thinks at a Global, enterprise level and has ability to understand and represent multi-layered global and market audiences
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in defining/bringing structure to solve business problems
  • Must have strong influencing skills and be able to work across lines of senior management, other business functions, agency/vendor partners, market partners and other staff as appropriate to build an engaging stakeholder network
  • Has high level of organizational skills to manage project timelines, lead a business-critical project teams and deliver on own project deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects focused on elevating the customer and restaurant experience, with primary responsibilities including definition of new operations standards and procedures through concept ideation, development and test phases
  • Innovate and problem solve to deliver best in class restaurant and customer facing solutions
  • Lead market zero testing efforts and test evolution of global initiatives and solutions, work collaboratively across functions to drive projects forward ensuring goals are met
  • Partner with Mission teams and initiative leads to develop clear operating standards, procedures, tools and resources
  • Manage/support Speedee Labs and in-restaurant testing, ensuring tests are designed for insights and ability to inform strategic decisions (menu, operations, digital, technology and restaurant design)
  • Provide proactive updates on initiative progress, keeping projects on track and budget
  • Build trust and transparency to maximize shared learnings
