Requirements
- Requires minimum of 5 years’ experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting, and multi-state operations and processes
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Responsibilities
- Maintains high production standards, achieving subrogation recovery goals, anticipating industry trends, and improving existing processes
- Develops staffing models to meet the needs of current and future business lines
- Anticipates problems and opportunities within the units managed and determines resolutions
- Acts as a mentor for others
- Creates and develops partnerships with other departments including Finance, Intake, Training, Quality, Legal, and Data Analysis
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Healthcare Subrogation operations preferred
- Experience with complex business environments including multiple entities and highly automated situations preferred
- Preferred 3 years’ experience in TPL-specific recovery activity
