Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years’ experience in market research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
- OR 4 years’ experience in market research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality and timely recurring reports and insights that enhance the organization’s understanding of the competitive landscape and support market/wallet share growth.
- Partnering with syndicated vendors and internal partners to continuously improve market measurement tools to meet our evolving business needs.
- Designing and providing training and consultation across the organization to promote better understanding and use of share data for customer-centric decision-making.
- Driving initiatives across the organization (e.g., Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Investor Relations, etc.) to fuel the rapid growth of our omnichannel business.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, product management, management consulting, retail/Omni channel domain experience.
- An MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Consultative experience and thought leadership skills to see the big picture without sacrificing attention to details.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.
- Deep knowledge in syndicated and market data (e.g., POS, Consumer Panel data).
- Proven success in partnering with stakeholders to paint a customer-centric vision and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytic skills, including a passion for innovative techniques and methods.
- An agile, curious, and self-motivated mindset that drives continuous improvement.
