Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
- 2+ years of marketing/communications experience working in financial services industry.
- Knowledge of financial services and/or investment products.
- Ability to think and act strategically, aligning work with broader business goals and plans.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills including the ability to understand and meet the needs and interests of various teams and functions.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze information, measure impact, and use insights to inform decision-making that drives continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and other relevant technologies.
- Skilled at finding and utilizing resources to overcome challenges and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product owner and administrator of our Meeting & Event Planner tool, facilitating the scheduling of Asset Management speakers at client events, meetings, and industry conferences.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to key business partners, providing insights and supporting data-driven business decisions.
- Collaborate actively with technology, sales, marketing, investment teams, and other partners to streamline processes and enhance the functionality of the planning tool.
- Provide comprehensive training and day-to-day support to users, ensuring they are proficient and confident in utilizing the tool.
- Analyze and evaluate current business practices and processes, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate, plan, and provide comprehensive support for select event programs, ensuring their successful execution.
