Requirements
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Excel – Intermediate Level
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and policies, with the ability to apply to testing functions
- Strong knowledge of Bank Risk, Control, and/or Audit Function
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of dedicated First/Second line testing analysts.
- Ensure testing analysts are executing control tests as assigned according to department policy and procedure – completing quality checks.
- Monitor control testing queue, ensuring timeline milestones are met for each test assigned.
- Handle escalations for any findings that are deemed outside of normal testing scope.
- Review, approval, and assistance in communication of control testing results.
- Assists in training and onboarding activities for new hires, as well as ongoing career development for staff.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
