Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in multi-unit loss prevention management (fashion retail preferred)
  • LPQ or LPC certification required; Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) certification strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of exception based reporting and CCTV systems
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and investigations in both in-person and virtual formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and generate actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Must be available for domestic travel up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Lead crisis response readiness, including physical safety protocols, emergency response planning, and coordination with mall security and external partners
  • Serve as brand protection lead, collaborating with Legal and Retail TX to assess and mitigate risks related to leaks of proprietary product or company information
  • Lead the development and execution of loss prevention strategy across Princess Polly’s retail locations
  • Partner with Retail Leadership to drive sustainable shrink reduction through training, audits, coaching and SOP adherence
  • Identify and assess high shrink locations, build action plans, and track shrink performance improvement
  • Conduct proactive and reactive internal investigations using CCTV footage, exception based reporting, associate reports and interviews (Wicklander-Zulawski methodology preferred)
  • Support store level and multiunit teams with theft prevention education and crisis response
  • Leverage tech forward tools (e.g. CCTV systems, data dashboards) to identify trends and drive informed decisions
  • Build capability across store teams through training, regional meetings and consistent coaching on loss prevention strategies
  • Coordinate with TX, Legal and Store Managers on disciplinary actions and case resolutions with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain and track all incident reports, investigations and audits with appropriate documentation
  • Act as liaison with law enforcement and legal counsel as needed for internal and external theft resolution
  • Monitor and ensure compliance to loss prevention policies, safety procedures, and store operations standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with brand protection, proprietary content handling, or IP risk mitigation a strong plus
  • Experience with crisis management, emergency planning, or safety protocol development strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
