  • Manage the packaging design process from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Provide creative direction and mentorship to the packaging team to produce high-impact and functional designs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of packaging initiatives.
  • Prepare and present high-level design concepts, prototypes, and packaging strategies to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with vendors and manufacturers to source premium, cost-effective, and sustainable materials.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring consistent quality and timely production.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical specifications, packaging standards, and quality control processes.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives, prioritizing eco-friendly materials and reducing environmental impact.
  • Ensure packaging complies with regulatory requirements and brand-specific guidelines.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize packaging solutions for functionality, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
