Requirements
- Deep GTM knowledge with experience partnering with senior executives in software/tech companies, specifically in sales strategy, planning, and operations roles.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company, with a minimum of 5+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $30M+ in sales.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems within Salesforce and Boomi to streamline quoting and deal management processes.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite and its integration with Salesforce CPQ to ensure seamless quote-to-cash workflows and accurate financial reporting.
- Experience in managing and optimizing sales systems like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other GTM tools.
- Proven track record of scaling and simplifying processes, workflows, and operations in tech companies with sub-$50M ARR.
- Evidence of cost-saving initiatives and expertise in tech stack consolidation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue analytics, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.
- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Map, document, and maintain cross-functional operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Drive efficiency across go-to-market teams by providing tools, insights, and processes that enhance productivity.
- Manage and execute operational projects across departments. Analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop action plans, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to drive performance outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Generate and manage reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, account outreach, and retention to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, including training guides and process playbooks, to ensure seamless onboarding and team alignment.
- Support and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture and drive operational excellence.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce Revenue Intelligence, Sales LinkedIn Navigator, and ECI) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems within Salesforce to streamline quoting and deal management processes.
- Experience with Boomi, Celigo, and other similar tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Design and implement scalable sales processes to improve pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve go-to-market execution.
- Enhance CRM capabilities and integration with adjacent solutions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to improve data visibility, optimize handoffs, and drive revenue efficiency.
