Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team focused on driving innovative sales initiatives and scaling operations.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and collective success while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Identify, design, and execute new go-to-market (GTM) sales motions to address emerging opportunities and business needs.
- Drive pilot testing of new strategies, processes, and initiatives to validate concepts and scale successful programs.
- Develop and oversee strategic plans to uncover incremental revenue opportunities across LinkedIn’s SMB SaaS offerings.
- Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to identify trends, monitor team progress, and refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and operations teams, to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Actively seek and nurture partnerships across the organization to identify market gaps and co-develop innovative solutions.
- Advocate for SMB customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into strategies to drive business transformation.
- Lead efforts to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by delivering scalable and valuable insights.
- Oversee resource allocation and prioritization of team efforts to maximize business impact and efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to proactively adapt and position LinkedIn for success.
