Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applied social science or quantitative field
  • 7+ years of experience working with HR, People and Business data
  • Experience in data collection, organization and quality assurance for building enterprise-wide reports
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
  • Experience with global HR technology systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Experience in technology development for reporting

Responsibilities

  • Supporting ongoing reporting for both HR and business leadership audiences
  • Enhancing reporting and data transformation to improve evidence-based HR management
  • Translating metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling
  • Building new people metrics dashboards in Tableau and/or Workday for custom analyses and end-user audiences
  • Identifying, prioritizing, implementing and testing improved data quality and additional data capture opportunities
  • Working closely with colleagues to build and integrate the practice of using data to inform people-related decisions
