Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applied social science or quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience working with HR, People and Business data
- Experience in data collection, organization and quality assurance for building enterprise-wide reports
- Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS)
- Experience with global HR technology systems (e.g., Workday)
- Experience in technology development for reporting
Responsibilities
- Supporting ongoing reporting for both HR and business leadership audiences
- Enhancing reporting and data transformation to improve evidence-based HR management
- Translating metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling
- Building new people metrics dashboards in Tableau and/or Workday for custom analyses and end-user audiences
- Identifying, prioritizing, implementing and testing improved data quality and additional data capture opportunities
- Working closely with colleagues to build and integrate the practice of using data to inform people-related decisions
