Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Responsibilities
- Create frameworks for and manage the prioritization of work required to transform Finance at Capital One, driving automation and optimization of key financial processes and experiences
- Confidently communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across the organization to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives
- Create frameworks for regularly and systematically using data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
- Influence cross-department agendas to deliver outcomes while balancing short and long term objectives
- Showcase exceptional cross-team collaboration, working across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
- Transform and improve ways of working and interaction models
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline to create new and optimize existing processes to build and maintain a world class product organization
