Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in product portfolio management, strategic planning/research/project management with product administration/operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in product portfolio management, strategic planning/research/project management with product administration/operations or relevant health care industry experience.
- Experience managing people or projects
- Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects.
- Understanding of project management tools and methods.
- Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to product/projects, implementations, and/or operations.
- Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- Analytical and information synthesis skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Specialty Pharmacy Portfolio Management; managing of multiple strategic, cross-enterprise implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance; managing, coordinating and driving the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of product throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate and develop product line innovation and strategy; maintain constant awareness of industry trends; and proactively ensure the execution/implementation of the next generation of products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking/ problem solving activities.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.
