Manager – Revenue Operations

Requirements

• Deep understanding of sales and revenue analytics
• 5+ years of quantitative experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or Management Consulting
• 5+ years of SQL experience (comfortable writing CTEs and window functions)
• 5+ years of development experience with data visualization tools (experience with ThoughtSpot)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation, and conditional formatting)
• Proven track record working with executives (Directors, VP and above) and cross functional partners (Sales, Success, Finance, Marketing, Data)

Responsibilities

• Support senior revenue leaders by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on sales, revenue, & bookings data
• Develop and maintain models and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance & data, to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing revenue and profitability
• Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and implement new revenue growth initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and revenue analytics, and continually look for ways to improve our processes and tools
