Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, computer information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in production support, software support, or technical support OR 6 years’ experience in production support, software support, technical support, computer science, information technology, engineering, computer information systems, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational aspects of our advertising platforms, focused on technical solutions to align with project goals.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of online advertising projects, ensuring that operations dependent milestones are met on time
- Create SOPs and operational workflows for Ops team covering dev and A/B testing to GA
- Maintain RevOps documentation and provide updates and training for Ops teams
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, marketing, and yield helping to ensuring that operations milestones are met
- Team up with our internal RevOps Program Management and Support teams to ensure successful launch with minimal overhead
- Partner with the broader Walmart enterprise for initiatives that can affect Walmart Connect offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
