Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience, ideally within the security industry, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of 4+ direct reports.
- In-depth understanding of lead generation processes and SDR compensation plans.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities, fostering positive relationships and driving collaboration.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 7 direct reports across our US-based SDR and MDR functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and track key sales targets, ensuring the team consistently exceeds expectations.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to our lead generation processes, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, providing valuable insights for business planning.
- Refine and monitor SDR compensation and measurement plans to drive performance.
- Build an open and communicative environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with other GTM functions: Channel, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to drive engagement and achieve shared objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pipeline and sales stage data within Salesforce.com.
- Actively scout and evaluate emerging technologies for SDR and lead generation, recommending and implementing new tools and strategies to enhance team performance and maintain a competitive edge.
