Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading an SDR or sales development team in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving sales pipeline growth
- Experience optimizing lead generation processes and coaching teams to exceed targets
- Highly analytical, able to measure and interpret key performance metrics
- Experience in managing team performance, setting goals, and conducting regular performance reviews
Responsibilities
- Managing the SDR team

- Ensuring the team hits their sales goals
- Working closely with sales leadership and marketing teams to refine processes
- Improving lead generation strategies

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales enablement, including training SDRs on best sales practices, tools, and methodologies
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot
- Deep understanding of the sales development funnel and optimizing workflows from prospecting to lead handoff
- History of working in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech environments
- Passionate about fostering a positive, high-energy team culture while driving consistent results
