Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Leader or Salesforce Solution Architect with multiple certifications leading to a technical and/or system architect credential
- Strong development background well versed in custom development and complex custom orgs
- In house experience in a large organization solutioning with respect to complex technology infrastructures
- Large project experience with the ability to execute as a key leader in the program ensuring other departments are informed, enabled and supported
Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce Technical SME to inform technology, product and business stakeholders of native Salesforce functionality as it relates to their business needs.
- Evangelize best practices with product owners, BAs and Admins so they are empowered to make independent decisions where appropriate.
- Assist in the technical design and specifications for incoming tactical and strategic initiatives while ensuring other architects are empowered and able to operate independently.
- Enable the team by removing blockers and resolving team, technical and process challenges.
- Make key build/buy decisions and native vs custom recommendations.
- Create and maintain design and architecture and best practice standards.
- Work with other technology groups to provide SFDC perspective on integrations and downstream system impact at an enterprise level.
Preferred Qualifications
- System Architect+ preferred.
- CPQ Certification preferred
