Manager – Senior Photographer – Creative

Proficient with Macintosh OSX operating systems and Capture One Pro, Shotflow or equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft OS and PC operation
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition and lighting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring every image meets our high standards
Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse and dynamic team
Patient and personable attitude, to provide a positive atmosphere and to handle the fast-paced nature of studio work
Ability to stay focused and multitask in a high-pressure environment, maintaining efficiency and quality
Punctuality, reflecting your professionalism and commitment to scheduled shoots and deadlines
Lighting with strobe or continuous lighting; requisite modifiers

Collaborate with Creative teams to visually realize and bring their ideas to life in an end to end production through post setting
Be prepared to plus-up the work through technical innovations, and optimize for efficiency year over year
Leverage your expertise and network to help build a roster of freelance and contingent photographers
You’re proficient in all manner of lighting and studio equipment
Contribute and advise on gear maintenance and selection
Proficient in still and motion photography
Work in ecomms, editorial and marketing workstreams
You run a safe and professional set in compliance with both industry standards and those of Walmart Creative Studios
Lead with humility and collaboration and help ensure Walmart is a place the industry’s best talent want to come to work
