Requirements
- 10+ relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Political Science, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Work across internal disciplines and with affected stakeholders to address concerns regarding impacts of oil and gas development
- Manage the day to day responsibilities and the overall career development of a team of Stakeholder Relations professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key community members that foster trust, resolve conflict and enhance Oxy’s social license to operate
- Provide support for the drafting and formatting of company operations data and communications
- Represent Oxy publicly at community open houses and neighborhood meetings
- Ancillary job duties may include the supervision of documentation of Stakeholder interactions via database entry/management, managing feedback/survey response data, and facilitating projects with other external-facing departments (Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, Permitting, Land, etc.)
