Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of corporate experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related function.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience with a proven ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations and reports.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring objectives and priorities.
  • Support and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment strategies, enhancing quality of hire, and optimizing hiring processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Talent Acquisition effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Data & Analytics, and other business units to align hiring strategies and improve cross-functional efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and insights for leadership meetings, Townhalls, and other executive updates.
  • Support project management efforts for high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication across the Talent Acquisition team by managing updates, newsletters, and meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and best practices into Talent Acquisition processes.
