Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk management within a technology or tech-related environment.
- Strong understanding of auditing processes, internal controls, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation, process improvement, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for audit partners, managing communication, scheduling, and documentation related to audits.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and audit partners to ensure smooth and effective audits, providing requested documentation and clarifications promptly.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between audit partners and different departments within the tech organization (e.g., IT, Security, Software Development, Infrastructure).
- Prepare the necessary materials for audits, track progress, and ensure timely responses to audit findings.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline audit operations and enhance internal controls across technology functions.
- Ensure that technology projects and initiatives comply with industry standards, regulations, and audit requirements.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to technology processes and initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of audit activities, findings, and resolutions, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with audit software, tools, and systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., SOX, SOC 2) is preferred.
