Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience as an ETL/Integration developer/engineer/architect
- 5 years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor.
- 3 or more years of people leadership
- 3+ years of programming experience in writing Linux and Shell scripts
- 7 years of experience setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs
- Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.
- Experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services like Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API Management, Cloud Integration Hub
- Experience in Cloud API Gateway configuration
- Proven experience in system integration management, preferably in a complex and large-scale IT environment.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages, API integration, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive system integration strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify integration opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and third-party providers to facilitate seamless integration of their products or services with internal systems.
- Build and lead a team of integration specialists, developers, and engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to execute integration projects successfully.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies related to system integration and apply this knowledge to enhance integration processes.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of integrated systems, including data migration, API connectivity, and compatibility testing.
- Address and resolve integration-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP) can be a plus
