Manager – User Support Operations

8 to 10 years of experience as an ETL/Integration developer/engineer/architect
5 years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor.
3 or more years of people leadership
3+ years of programming experience in writing Linux and Shell scripts
7 years of experience setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs
Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.
Experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services like Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API Management, Cloud Integration Hub
Experience in Cloud API Gateway configuration
Proven experience in system integration management, preferably in a complex and large-scale IT environment.
Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Proficiency in programming languages, API integration, and data transformation.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.

Develop and implement a comprehensive system integration strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
Evaluate existing systems and identify integration opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with external vendors and third-party providers to facilitate seamless integration of their products or services with internal systems.
Build and lead a team of integration specialists, developers, and engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to execute integration projects successfully.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies related to system integration and apply this knowledge to enhance integration processes.
Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of integrated systems, including data migration, API connectivity, and compatibility testing.
Address and resolve integration-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Continuously monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.
