Requirements

  • CPA and/or CFA qualification would be an asset
  • 5+ years of business or strategy experience
  • Knowledge of wealth management industry, particularly FP and PWM industry, would be an asset
  • Good understanding of the Bank’s financial drivers and structure

Responsibilities

  • Develops components of the Wealth Advice long term strategic vision through thought leadership and effective analysis, that integrates into the broader Wealth Advice strategies
  • Supports the annual planning process ensuring alignment to the business’ long-term strategy, as well as quarterly and monthly reporting deliverables
  • Manages and executes analytical and strategic projects, from start to finish, including design and scoping, aligning partner expectations, project management and updates, and timely delivery
  • Initiates competitive and analytical assessments to inform business direction, process, and opportunities with appropriate recommendations
  • Provides forward-thinking, fact-based insights related to potential changes and disruption
  • Establishes relationships and collaborates with stakeholders across FP and PWM, taking into consideration competing priorities and organizational sensitivities
  • Represents the team both internally and across the organization

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tactical thinker and leader with respect to solution development and implementation, is an asset
