Manufacturing Coordinator

Requirements

• Skilled hand-eye coordination is imperative for proper handling and movement of parts
• Experience with aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing including but not limited to sort or visual inspection desired
• Team communication and collaboration
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in an important new manufacturing technology, requiring a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, inter-team communication, and flawless execution
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong technical background
• Requires flexibility in scheduling, as a new hire will be training during standard business hours for a period of 3-6 months, then be prepared to transition to a night shift
• Work nights on a compressed workweek, following a weekly alternating 4×12 and 3×12 work schedule
• Must have a strong work ethic and be very reliable and dependable.
