Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- Knowledge of basic machine programming.
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains all visual aids, station set ups, part allocation tables, and process specifications used for Manufacturing and Quality.
- Creates and maintains some machine programs used for Manufacturing (VPD, FujiTrax, Nexim, Flexa, Koh Young, Camalot).
- Follows prototype assemblies and works with Engineering team to provide pictures, post-mortem, actions, etc.
- Assists engineers in root cause analysis of production assembly issues and designed experiments.
- Assists engineers in tooling set up and review.
- Performs time studies and captures machine and yield data as needed.
- Assists Engineers in analyzing daily yield data and determining areas requiring increased focus.
