Requirements
- Strong knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and robotics integration.
- Engineering Degree desired or extensive Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, and system integration techniques.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives focused on assembly automation and robotics to enhance production efficiency.
- Oversee equipment selection, implementation, and optimization, specifically with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Kuka, and Siemens technologies.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production workflows and integrate automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards for manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering Degree desired or extensive Manufacturing Engineering experience
