Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP software, eNovia, and eQuality would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in sub-assembly processes.
- Demonstrated managerial experience with a track record of effective team leadership.
- 5 years minimum in a Mechanical Electronic Environment with experience in micro mechanics, PCB assembly, cable assemblies, hardware integration, supplier audits, and managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP software for managing production schedules, inventory, and workflow processes.
- Maintain a well-organized production floor, ensuring all sub-assembly processes are efficient and meet quality standards.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments, manage team members, and report to senior management.
- Apply strong technical knowledge to oversee sub-assembly operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Lead and manage a team of sub-assembly workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in eNovia and eQuality would be an advantage.
