Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing or high volume roles is preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing stakeholders
- Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods for an assortment of production positions
- Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer
- Document the process including interviews, offers and feedback in our HR System (Workday)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring teams and HR business partners to fill positions
- Communicate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
- Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
