Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process analysis, and large-scale platform implementations.
- Proficiency in MS SQL programming and administration (3+ years).
- Proficiency in Körber One (HighJump) WA, MA, or Inductive Automation Ignition (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of IT business applications, software development life cycle, and database architecture.
- Experience in policy documentation, system monitoring, and process improvements.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology implementations and process optimizations for manufacturing applications.
- Act as a liaison between business subject matter experts, IT teams, and COE resources.
- Oversee business requirements gathering, technology deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and system communications.
- Provide technical oversight of critical business systems, manufacturing applications, and related software.
- Document and monitor policies, procedures, and system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between management, IT teams, and functional site leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI (preferred).
