Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on research experience, ideally as a lead or key stakeholder for a large product area.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in diverse research methods, with a strong focus on survey development (e.g., Max Diff, conjoint, segmentation, ad-hoc research).
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience with research tools like Alchemer or UserTesting for programming and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute research projects using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to uncover key insights.
- Represent the customer voice, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations to integrate research insights and enhance the customer experience.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership through reports and presentations.
- Analyze customer behaviors and motivations to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive strategies to benchmark best practices and drive innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, SQL) is a plus.
