Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Four years of project/program management experience in recruiting operations, and/or marketing in a highly competitive environment.
- Proficient in military correspondence and business writing; effective writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Army recruiting policies and procedures.
- Army recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during the partnership process.
- Work as part of the team of Marketing Analysts responsible for developing communication and marketing plans in support of the program’s strategic objectives.
- Exercise professional judgment, digital savviness, and business writing skills when assisting with the maintenance of the public-facing PaYS social media platform.
- Contribute to contract deliverables and ensure quality objectives are being met with work products.
- Travel once per month on average in support of program recruitment and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience as an Army recruiter and/or operations sergeant.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications/products.
