Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of project/program management experience in recruiting operations, and/or marketing in a highly competitive environment.
• Proficient in military correspondence and business writing; effective writing, editing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Army recruiting policies and procedures.
• Army recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during the partnership process.
• Work as part of the team of Marketing Analysts responsible for developing communication and marketing plans in support of the program’s strategic objectives.
• Exercise professional judgment, digital savviness, and business writing skills when assisting with the maintenance of the public-facing PaYS social media platform.
• Contribute to contract deliverables and ensure quality objectives are being met with work products.
• Travel once per month on average in support of program recruitment and marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience as an Army recruiter and/or operations sergeant.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications/products.
