Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience in media, marketing analytics, or CRM.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industry/workflow. Preference for automotive industry if possible.
- Autonomy & Self-Motivation: Strong ability to independently manage multiple product initiatives across multiple teams within a matrix organization. Demonstrated excellent ability to successfully work with multidisciplinary, geographical dispersed project teams, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Analytics: Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills to form the basis of well-researched and documented plans and requirements.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated strong ability to identify, analyze, evaluate alternatives and formulate responses to resolve to business and customer problems.
- Decision Making: Quickly analyzes, incorporates, and applies new information and concepts, and can make effective decisions even under pressure.
- Communication: Demonstrated excellent written communications skills, including ability to conduct presentations for clients, prospects and management.
Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap for marketing analytics and attribution data, creating actionable insights for automotive marketers seeking to maximize performance of their media and marketing investments.
- Subject matter expert on Polk Signals marketing analytics data sets and implementation, acting as a thought leader for the brand via conferences, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and social activation.
- Integrate new data sets and partnerships to strengthen Polk’s position as the market leader on automotive insights for marketers.
- Collaborates with Sales and Marketing on Go-To-Market and promotional ‘voice of brand’.
- Cultivates product and operational innovation based on emerging market trend, new technologies and best practices.
- Evaluates competitive and alternative offerings, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, and market position relative to current S&P Global Mobility offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for automotive industry experience if possible.
