Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Manage sales leads and support the sales team in closing deals
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and presentations
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Prepare and manage reports for the marketing and sales teams
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
