Requirements

  • A college degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated track record of supporting successful marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms is a plus.
  • A strong interest in marketing coupled with a proactive desire to learn and master multiple technology platforms and marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An outstanding team player mentality with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, and tailor communication to different audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Webflow (or similar platform) for content management, design updates, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Possess a working understanding of HTML to facilitate basic website edits, content formatting, and troubleshooting.
  • Build and publish new pages and landing pages based on marketing requirements, design specifications, and SEO best practices.
  • Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, website copy, and other content to support marketing objectives considering keyword research, content strategy, and brand voice.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of email campaigns to both B2B client and patient prospects.
  • Work to include audience segmentation, development of compelling and personalized content, campaign development, definition of clear campaign objectives, A/B testing to optimize performance, and adherence to email marketing best practices.
  • Analyzing industry trends and market dynamics to create reports that support the team’s strategic decision-making.
  • Manage Form Health’s social media presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok), including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor social media trends, identify relevant opportunities, and contribute creative ideas for timely and engaging content, leveraging platform-specific features (e.g., trending audio, hashtags) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, shipments, etc.
  • Support pre and post event marketing efforts to acquire and nurture leads.
  • Create event marketing materials, including invitations, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to the team.
