Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university required.
- Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of experience in marketing analysis, specifically within digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Experience in analyzing website and blog performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assists in analyzing website performance and identifying key metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of blog content, providing insights on audience engagement and content optimization.
- Monitors and assesses the performance of marketing campaigns, including PPC, programmatic, email, and social media.
- Assists with the creation of detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on analytical insights.
- Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio to track and report on digital performance metrics.
- Supports the implementation of tracking and tagging through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing approaches preferred.
