Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within the education sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of different marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms
- Experience with brand development and management, particularly in a startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and experience managing and developing a team
Responsibilities
- Steward the company’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to establish and enhance awareness and brand affinity, particularly in the K-12 sector
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content marketing, email marketing, and events
- Oversee content strategy and production, ensuring content aligns with Yondr’s brand and resonates with target audiences
- Conduct research and cultivate insights that identify opportunities for the business; macro/micro trends, target audience preferences, and competition, etc. to inform marketing strategies
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics, generating insights to guide optimization and decision-making
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and aligned with company goals
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture
- Work closely across the marketing organization and with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Education Program Specialists to align on strategies, support product launches, and achieve shared objectives
