Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within the education sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of different marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms
  • Experience with brand development and management, particularly in a startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills and experience managing and developing a team

Responsibilities

  • Steward the company’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity to establish and enhance awareness and brand affinity, particularly in the K-12 sector
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content marketing, email marketing, and events
  • Oversee content strategy and production, ensuring content aligns with Yondr’s brand and resonates with target audiences
  • Conduct research and cultivate insights that identify opportunities for the business; macro/micro trends, target audience preferences, and competition, etc. to inform marketing strategies
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics, generating insights to guide optimization and decision-making
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and aligned with company goals
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture
  • Work closely across the marketing organization and with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Education Program Specialists to align on strategies, support product launches, and achieve shared objectives
