Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience, with expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred, experience with customer.io is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of campaign creation, Salesforce integrations, and marketing technologies to support scalable operations
  • Proven ability to design and optimize efficient marketing processes that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tightly align marketing operations to business objectives
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to manage and scale existing marketing operations platforms, as well as identify new, high-ROI capabilities
  • Manage and optimize the martech stack in partnership with engineering to ensure seamless integration, system performance, and data flow across sales and marketing tools
  • Own Marketo (B2B) and customer.io (B2C) operations end-to-end: campaign design, quality/risk controls, execution, and reporting
  • Implement marketing operations best practices to enhance speed and impact while mitigating execution risks
  • Build and maintain a variety of automated B2B workflows in Marketo to support lead nurturing, lead intake, scoring, and sales handoffs
  • Develop and manage B2C email and SMS workflows in customer.io to enhance engagement with existing customers
  • Drive targeting, segmentation, and personalization innovation to improve marketing campaigns over time
  • Partner with the Analytics team to assess campaign performance, delivering insights to inform strategy
  • Utilize and enhance automated dashboards to monitor day-to-day performance
  • Ideate and implement testing strategies to optimize ROI ongoing
