Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing/Communications, or similar field of study.
- 3+ years of previous proposal writing experience in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud Software.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with remote team members.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections.
- Translate technical and other ideas into understandable text.
- Visualize, analyze, and communicate project scope of work.
- Rewrite, review, and edit proposal sections and related proposal documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Attend meetings with the UES proposal team to translate requirements into proposals.
- Ensure proposal responses comply with all the requirements of the RFP and brand standards.
- Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to create persuasive proposals in InDesign, conveying the company messaging and brand.
