Requirements
- Proven experience preparing and coordinating SF 330 proposals for federal and public agency clients
- Strong knowledge of the RFQ/RFP process for municipalities, state agencies, and public utilities
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposals with multiple team members or subconsultants
- Ability to interpret solicitation requirements and develop compliant, compelling responses
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal procurement regulations and guidelines
- Exceptional writing, editing, and formatting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and other proposal production tools
- Experience collaborating with technical staff to develop project narratives, resumes, and work plans tailored to public-sector clients
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtual
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations to drive strategy around key clients, developing clients, market expansions, and other growth opportunities through proposals, positioning, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
- Support strategic business initiatives and provide business development funnel support from opportunity identification through conversion/win.
- Work with operations lead to advise, develop, and execute proposal capture plans that include research needs, action items for positioning, value propositions, strategic teaming, and schedule with milestones for all phases of the proposal process (pre-work, development, finalization, debrief)
- Lead or engage in go/no go decisions, kick-off meetings, and marketing QA/QC for proposal reviews
- Actively collect, organize, and repurpose data and content created for proposals, SOQs, resumes, blogs, etc.
- Champion the brand and seek creative ways to bring it to life visually in our collateral. Take on the role of power user in a way that drives visibility for our people, work, and strategic initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Identify and help coordinate professional people, projects, and culture photography and videography.
- Support industry conferences and events via tradeshow booth design and coordination, marketing collateral, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the architecture/engineering/consulting industry is preferred, but not required.
