Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent type of degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with a strong digital marketing or advertising background
  • Experience developing and implementing fully integrated marketing plans and communications programs
  • Experience managing creative teams and external vendors
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • CRM software experience required with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred for both Sales and Marketing-related functions and support
  • Experience in brand communications within an ad agency or internal marketing department with B2B hardware or OEM brands at a national and global level is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop Go-to-Market (GTM), alignment, and execution plans that detail approved activities designed to support each business’s sales and pipeline goals with marketing tactics and calendars based on required budget goals
  • Provide ongoing sales support and enablement by keeping priority sales tools current and relevant to the end market
  • Create and execute an account-based demand and lead generation plan that directly supports sales goals based on account status and priority
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and refine multi-channel demand generation programs (including technology platforms) on an ongoing basis, looking at engagement metrics, intent insights, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Become a domain expert in your assigned end market(s) and develop differentiated content that sets Jabil apart from its competitors
  • Ensure content creation is effective, targeted, and integrated across all channels (Web, Social, PR, Paid Media, etc.)
  • Work with internal and/or external resources (agencies, copywriters, art directors, graphic designers) to execute marketing materials called for in marketing plans
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans that deliver tactics and communications on time and on budget.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with generative/other AI tools and processes that can support efficiencies within marketing teams
  • Experience in brand communications within an ad agency or internal marketing department with B2B hardware or OEM brands at a national and global level is preferred
