Requirements

  • Prior marketing experience. (Healthcare experience is a plus.)
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, hardware, and communication devices to perform tasks. (Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data entry, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Time management and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to hand numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule – must be able to work some evenings/weekends for events.
  • Assist with set up and tear down of events, including travel to/from event venues, including some travel to western and northern Indiana as well as south suburban Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing service line director to develop and maintain positive relationships with service line and referral sources to meet the needs of the local community and promote new and existing Franciscan products and services across the system.
  • Ensure that requests and inquiries are quickly and effectively handled from various client groups including hospitals, patients, media, and community business partners.
  • Measure outcomes of marketing activities and events, and upload to system database.
  • Research and maintain on-going service line market and competitor information and data, including current marketing/events and special services offered.
  • Work collaboratively with the Franciscan Alliance marketing team to support marketing and community relations strategies that promote service line and enhance our image in the community, including sponsorships/events, community outreach, media, marketing campaigns, digital/email, and social media.
  • Coordinate new marketing assets including testimonials (videos, blogs), podcasts, digital content (email campaigns, webpages, social media) and promotional materials (brochures, postcards, posters, banners, etc.) for service line, ensuring all align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Assist with the direction of photography and videography as needed.
  • Work with project manager to implement and manage marketing projects and campaigns with external advertising agencies and internal marketing team (web, social media, public relations, creative, and email/digital teams).
  • Support and work alongside community outreach managers to develop and implement outreach events and sponsorships in the community for the system (health fairs, signature events, webinars/seminars).
  • Assist with digital lead generation CRM campaigns to audit contacts, processes and workflow.
  • Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects.
