Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related degree required.
- 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, internet research and statistical analysis.
- Strong, demonstrated project management orientation necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop, track and analyze research specific to university programs and partnerships.
- Conduct market research, analyze, report findings and provide success metrics.
- Develops surveys, focus groups etc. to test the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Communicates research findings to the appropriate audiences.
- Plans and implements action items in response to research findings.
- Tracks and reports results.
- Develops and implements marketing plans in support of programs and partnerships.
- Ensures tactics are identified, appropriate, tracked, reviewed and assessed.
- Ensures quality standards are met.
- Develops and implements procedures/processes/checklists in support of programs, partnerships and research initiatives in collaboration with key university project managers.
- Creates plans, tracks results and measures progress.
- Develops marketing strategies and integrated plans in support of program and partnership objectives.
- Contributes to program and service messaging under guidance of marketing leadership.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree without experience preferred.
