Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Marketing Technology Program or Digital Product Management in large enterprises.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing technologies or Digital Analytics
  • Working knowledge of MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud suite (e.g., Analytics, tag management), Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform (CDP), and Salesforce.
  • 3+ Years’ experience leading enterprise scale organizational change management initiatives
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, influencing and 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing large scale change management and communications programs
  • Experienced in Agile way of working and practices strong verbal and written communication skills
  • AdTech technologies experience on platforms such as Meta, Google is a plus
  • General working knowledge for analytics, tag management systems, digital analytics
  • Customer data management platforms and governance processes
  • Hands on experience in marketing, marketing analytics or marketing operations

Responsibilities

  • Program management for migration, implementations and adoption of enterprise-scale marketing technology programs.
  • Oversees governance and standardization of project documentation including MarTech and business requirement documentation, statements of work, functional specifications, project plans, and status reports.
  • Maintain and update MarTech Wiki / Sharepoint site for knowledge sharing, centralizing of documentation and program updates, how-to documentation and request intake processes.
  • Proactively identify and implement MarTech program strategies, create and manage sprint schedules and project development plans.
  • Provides direction and leadership to a project-based, cross-functional team of marketers, developers, analytics, and testers; fosters an environment of team spirit.
  • Develops, interprets, manages, and communicates budget, schedules, and key project metrics.
  • Manages multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Anticipates and responds appropriately to risks and changes in project scope.
  • Serves as day-to-day point of contact for external and internal project teams.
  • Proactively informs client and internal project teams of project and milestone status.
  • Successfully completes multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget.
  • Leads, motivates, and holds accountable internal and external project team members.
  • Maintains organized project detail.
  • Leads post-mortem discussions, and shares and implements these ideas into appropriate internal processes and final deliverables on subsequent projects.
