Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2+ years prior relevant experience in hospitality operations, inventory control, or procurement.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and create new items in the Procurement Systems, including identifying alternative or substitute items.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of operational contracts, catalogs, and other master data in the system.
- Identify, correct, and maintain master data standards and support data conversion efforts.
- Research and resolve system errors at both property and corporate levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments and other stakeholders to improve system usage and address issues.
