Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8 years of documented lead work in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility. Performing design, layout, ordering, repair, and installation work to the plumbing infrastructure.
- Plumber license State of Michigan
Responsibilities
- Repair to plumbing fixtures throughout the facility.
- Preventative Maintenance assignments on required equipment.
- Maintaining hospital sewer system including drain maintenance.
- Trouble shooting supply water problems and correcting.
- Reading and understanding facility mechanical blueprints.
- Installation of new equipment (fixtures and systems).
