Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program
- Passionate about engaging with and delighting users
- Have a curious mindset, excited to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter
- Familiar with common metrics used to determine business growth metrics such as retention and churn
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of our Partner acquisition efforts by building and experimenting with a growth playbook
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to create programs, such as referrals, field marketing, to build a robust pipeline of qualified Partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement and efficiency
- Support our new product line, gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of operational initiatives and provide actionable insights
- Work with highly motivated team members who encourage new ideas, feedback and collaboration
